Chiropractors are primary contact healthcare professionals, meaning you can see a chiropractor without a referral and we are able to assess your overall health and refer you to other professionals when and if required.
Chiropractors specialise in diagnosing and treating conditions arising from mechanical dysfunction of the joints of the body and their effect on the nervous system. Once a diagnosis has been reached, a management plan will be advised using the best evidence-guided approach for each individual.
Our Osteomyologists are degree qualified in sports science or sports rehabilitation, using a range of disciplines and drawing upon a variety of therapies and techniques including spinal adjusting techniques, corrective exercises, light laser therapy, taping and sports massage to ease pain and suffering with the aim of restoring proper function and to encourage healing.

Fact, we CAN NOT fix everyone with every single condition that there is going. However, we pride ourselves in being able to help people identify what problems that they are experiencing and then refer them to the appropriate specialists to deal with their conditions. Chiropractic or Osteomyology care can help with conditions related to misalignment of the spine. We have massage therapists who work in the centre with us who can help with muscular issues and we have a long list of other highly trained professionals that we can direct you to if we can’t help you. Rest assured that we will NEVER try to deal with a condition which we know we can not help with. Chiropractic may often be used by people in a reactive context, such as after a sports injury, but it can also be used for prevention. A chiropractic adjustment is aimed at restoring movement to restricted joints and correct exercise alongside can maintain healthy movement. Sprinting (running, biking, or rowing machine), lifting heavy things (not too heavy but with lots of repetitions) and functional training, such as body-weight exercises, TRX, battle ropes and slam balls.
